Ant #144. MDNA Tour: ENDless.

I hope it's not too late, coz I came home 3 days ago, but only now I found a few minutes to tell you how was it in South America!

Oh, South America: you've been hot and cold, crazy and relaxed, quick and long, you've been the best and the worst! You've been everything!
I got a huge experience! Last 4 shows gave me as many emotions as my previous 12!

My South American leg of MDNA Tour:

70+ friend requests on facebook,
50+ hours on planes at the skies,
45 minutes with no electricity during the last show,
40 hours of queuing before shows,
30 US dollars spent on calls to my bank asking them to block my stolen credit card,
8 hours of sleeping at the street the night before the show,
7 hours under the rain waiting for the show,
6 hours of dancing at afterparties,
4 cities (3 for shows and 1 for tourism),
2 countries,
2 business-lounges,
1 disappointment,
1 the end of the world,
1 bottle of wine drunk during the waiting for the end of the world,
1 QUEEN,
1 found true bright love!

MDNA Tour: ENDLESS

December 27, 2012

Ant #143. Where is the love?

I've always said that "people don't need to look for Love, Love will find you".

LOVE

My Love found me, when I wasn't expecting anything.
It has very bright smile and charming eyes.
Its hands are so soft, I wish they could touch me everywhere.
But what's the most important is that its heart is so clean and beautiful, I can see its light even in the deep darkness. And when I'm putting my hands on it, it starts beating a million beats per minute.

But where is my Love? On the other side of planet? No, it's here in my heart!

Ant #133. MADONNA: the one and the only.

Yes, yes, it's another one post about my fav singer ever.
But this time I'm not gonna tell you about her current tour or her next singles.

Last months I've been reading many exciting articles about her (that's good) and also hateful comments below (that's bad).
They say:
- she's too old,
- she has to retire,
- she's talentless,
- she's nothing,
- she's desperate,
- she's irrelevant,
- she is in the past.

I just smile )))

I understand when people dislike something or somebody. It's their choice, their taste. For example, I don't like Rihanna and Lady Gaga. But even if the first doesn't have #1 album in US and the second sells her album for $0,99, it's silly to say they are "nothing". I admit that they both have a big success, but it doesn't change my opinion about them.
So I would like to hear something real from people, but not their stupid emotions based on a jealousy.

Let me show you some numbers. Not from her previous career, but from 2012.
Just a few facts!

MDNA (Deluxe Version)
1) MDNA album.

With only pre-order MDNA album became #1 in more than 50 countries and the biggest pre-order in iTunes history.
After its release in march it became #1 again in more than 40 countries.
With 12th #1 album in UK Madonna became the most successful solo-artist in the history of this country.

Super Bowl 46 Halftime Show
2) Super Bowl Halftime show.

It was her the only one promo-performance, but it was enough to remind everyone who is the Queen.
Madonna had the largest viewership for a Halftime Show in Super Bowl history and history of american television - 117,8 million viewers, 3 million more than the game itself.

MDNA Tour (Milan, Italy)
3) MDNA Tour.

It's absolutely obvious that MDNA Tour is set to be the most grossing tour of the year and one of the most grossing tours in history. Some numbers:
"Following the tickets sale opening, the tour created immense success at the box office and many venues were sold out. In Tel Aviv, 33,000 tickets for the first show at Ramat Gan Stadium were selling fast in the months previous to the premiere. Madonna's first ever show in Abu Dhabi had fans lined up in front of the Virgin Megastore for tickets of 24 hours before they went on general sale. All initial 22,000 tickets sold out in record-breaking one hour, prompting the promoter to add the second date there, which in turn sold out within a week. In Turkey, 47,000 tickets for the show in Istanbul sold out in four days. In the United States, 60,000 tickets for a show in Yankee Stadium, New York City sold out in 20 minutes, prompting Live Nation to add a second date. Tickets for the show in Kansas City sold out in 12 minutes, while the show in Houston sold out in less than an hour. In Canada, the concert at the Bell Centre sold 16,000 tickets in 20 minutes, along with the show at the Plains of Abraham, selling 65,000 tickets in one hour. In Ottawa, 15,000 tickets for the show in Scotiabank Place sold out in 21 minutes, becoming the fastest-selling concert in the arena's 16-year history, beating out previous record holder AC/DC in 2009. All available tickets for Madonna's first date in Amsterdam sold out in 30 minutes, prompting Live Nation once again to add a second date. In Colombia, 38,000 tickets for her first concert in Medellín sold exclusively during the pre-sale and remaining 2,000 tickets for the public sale sold out in three hours. Madonna's first show in Medellín sold out in a record breaking 15 hours prompting the promoter to add the second date there. 15,000 pre-sale tickets for the second Medellín date sold out. Madonna also sold more than 100,000 tickets in two days for three shows in Brazil."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You still think she's irrelevant?
I think she's more relevant than she's ever been!

But it absolutely doesn't mean you have to love her. I just ask you to stop being ignorant and show (at least) a lil bit respect to the woman who makes a history.

Thanx and have a nice day.
XoXo

Ant #124. Haters gonna hate.

Some say that I'm bad, that my misbehaviors are awful, that I talk to people in a rude manner, that I'm too selfish and snooty.

Well, if you think so, let it be the truth. I don't give a sh*t.

What I think of it is just I really don't care how many people love me. No, seriously. Do I need to be loved by everyone? I don't think so. All I wanna know is there is at least 1 person in the world who likes me for who I am. That's it.

I'm afraid of those who are ready for everything to make a good impression. They lie. They pretend to be what they're not. I don't trust people who cannot tell me "F*ck off, dude, I'm in a bad mood to talk!"

But most of all I hate people who always try to teach me, because they think they're better than me.
Doh! Are you f*cking serious? If I don't lick your ass, it doesn't mean I'm worse than you.

Maybe, sometimes I'm rude, but at least I'm honest. And I want people to be honest with me. If I have something to tell you, I say it. If I don't like what you do, I'm not gonna be tolerant, I'll tell you my opinion. You think I bully you? Honey, I just have balls to tell you that I don't take your sh*t anymore. If you don't wanna hear my words, I'll show you where is an exit.

And you know what? I'm good! ;-)

Haters gonna hate

Ant #121. About nothing.

So long time with no post.
But I don't even know what to say.
No seriously, nothing happened.

I usually say that if I don't write anything, it means I'm doing fine. )))))

* * *
A couple of weeks ago I went to my home town. I always go there in the end of september, coz Oct 1st is mym mom birthday. I'm trying to be with her this day.
I gotta admit that this time my trip was kinda good, especially comparing to my previous visit of them. Noone f*cked with me, noone was teaching me, noone was trying to "help" me.
I spent an amazing weekend on a beach with my friends.

Black Sea

* * *
I've finally started the new trimestre in my institute of spanish. My professor (a girl from the south of Spain) is fine, but I expected more. My previous one was a "star", a cool guy from Valencia. Let's wait, maybe she gets better soon.

* * *
Last weekend my friend from Ukraine visited me. It was one of the coolest weekends in this year. Yeah, it's true. She's very kind, we spend a great time together. 2 nights in a row in the clubs, sightseeing, meeting our mutual friends. Everything was perfect. Even the bad weather couldn't ruine our mood.
I'm already missing her. Maybe I should go to Kiev...
We'll see...

* * *
And the most important!
I've managed my trip to Argentina on december.
It means that my MDNA tour didn't end like I thought 2 months ago. )))
I'll share all the details later!

Sincerelly yours, Just Me.
XoXo

P.S. I have to see that amazing performance! This songs wasn't included into the tour before.

Ant #120. Mom's b-day.

This is always a headache to me.

First of all, because I have to go to my home town. It's a kind of tradition. I live by my own in another city more than 6 years, but I never skip my mom's birthday. So she knows I'll come anyway.

Then, because I don't know what she wants. I mean a gift. She says she doesn't need anything. But it's a birthday, I have to buy something. When I was abroad for the last time (in Norway), I've bought Madonna's perfume for her ("Truth or Dare"), but it's too cheap for being a b-day gift. It's just a souvenir from my trip.

Truth or Dare by Madonna

DOH! 4 days till the flight, but I have no f*cking idea what to buy!

HELP!!!

August 27, 2012

Ant #114. Stalker.

FINALLY!
I got one! The real stalker!!!
Haters are so irrelevant! I'm tired of them. But the stalker made my week! )))))))
This is what I call SUCCESS! )))
XD

The 19 years old boy messages me every day. Anonymously! He describes how he would like to lick my body, tells me how sexy I am, asks me about sex in a bathroom/car, with a condom or raw.
But the most funny is he's not sure I'm straight/bi/gay, and I don't tell him )))

I make laugh))))
For example!

Q: I'd like to lick your body.
A: Eeeewww.

This is sooooo funny ))))

Ant #112. Post-MDNA depression.

I never thought it will be so hard...

On august 15th I went to my last MDNA show and in 2 days I came back home.
Do I feel sad, waste, upset?
YES.
Is it bad?
NO, because I'm so grateful for everything I got this summer.
It was amazing, one of my best summers ever. So many impressions!!! Madonna, new places, planes, trains, hotels... I love it all so much!

But the most important is I met my old friends, my lovely wonderful priceless friends!
Thank you for who you are! You are the best!

Ant #111. How I met Madonna )))

Aug 6, 2012, Moscow.
Hard Candy Fitness opening.

I came to the place at 3 pm. There were tens of fans.

Soon we got "HCF" wristbands and prepared for Madonna, but too early.

Her manager Guy Oseary came to us just about 7 pm. He saw me, got closer and told me that she will come in a few minutes, but first she wanna look around and then she will come out to fans. He asked me to translate and tell other fans this information. He also told people arond me that I'm his representative in the crowd. Thank you, Guy O., I got a few more haters! )))))

Finally Madonna and Guy came out together, he pointed a finger at me, she recognized me, smiled and went directly to me! Not to anybody else, but TO ME!!!

***
This is the 1st Madonna's autograph in my life! )))

Ant #110. THE BEST NIGHT IN MY LIFE!

After an intimate show in Olympia (Paris), amazing show in Vienna and crazy show in Warsaw I finally arrived in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine.
The weather was great, I met many friends and yesterday we came to Olympic Stadium at 6 am to stay in the queue. In many many hours the gates were openned and I entered the Golden Triangle. By the way, I was the first and I stood at the front row.

The magic began when Madonna saw my wristbands!
Here you can see the video when she was talking to me! We had loooots of fun )))

After the soundcheck she asked her asistant to give me her pick that she was using )))
This is it!

Then she left the stage, but for me it was only beginning!

When the show started, she was looking only at me!
At the end of "Turn Up The Radio" she took her mic and came to me! She gave me a chance to sing a song while she was looking into my eyes!

Then she was saying a speech and talked to me again! She asked how to say in ukranian "Thank you". I told her "Dyakuyu, but I'm russian"! She sayd this word and then looked into my eyes and said "Spasibo" (it's "thank you" in russian)!
I was so amazed!!!

But a couple of minutes before she gave me her mic again to sing "Open Your Heart" )))))
Just unbelievable!

But the greatest moment was during the "I'm A Sinner" song. She was playing a guitar and looking only into my eyes. I was screaming "I'm a sinner" and putting finger on me and she was like "Yeah, babe! You are!")))) Then I was screaming "you're a sinner" and putting my finger on her and she was so laughing )))))

Oh my goodness!
It was the time of my life! Crazy, cool, unforgetable! She gave me so many attention!
I'm on the 7th sky!!!

Ant #107. Parisian drama!

"Madonna definitely wants to kill me!"
That's what I thought at the morning.

I received an email from madonna.com saying that she added one extra show in Paris next week. She will perform at Olympia Hall on jul 26th.
READ BETWEEN LINES! She'll make a very special intimate concert for only 2700 hard-core fans!
And of course the email announced that a pre-sale of tickets starts NOW!

Aaaaaaah! I was about to kill myself!
It was one of the most stressful moments in my life!
I had to manage everything very quickly! Ticket, flights, accommodation. And the most important I had to find money to afford it.
I messaged my friend in Paris, asked him to let me stay in his home for 2 nights, coz hotels in Paris are extremely expensive. He said YES. Then I found good flight offers from my city to Paris and from Paris to Vienna (coz my next show in Austria). When I understood it was possible, I started waiting for a pre-sale (the worst pre-sale EVER). The web-site was crashing all the time, I was refreshing the page, but it was telling me to f*ck off!

During this time I was tweeting...

---
OMG! 30 minutes to sales! YES or NOT?
---
Woooop! I've just received an email from ICON with a passcode! ^_^
---
olympiahall.com is crashed! ))))
---
It works, but there aren't tickets!
---
SHIT! WORKS!
---
SHIT! DOESN'T WORK!
---
FUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!
---
F*CKIN' OLYMPIAHALL.COM! BURN IN HELL!!!
---

But thanx God, I've bought it!
Oh, b*tch! What are you doing to me? )))

July 16, 2012

Ant #106. Turn Up The Radio.

Last few days were the worst in my life,
and only this video saved me...

When the world starts to get you down
And nothing seems to go your way
And the noise of a maddening crowd
Makes you feel like you're going to go insane

There's a glow of a distant light
Calling you to come outside
To feel the wind in your face and your skin
And it's here I begin my story

June 28, 2012

Ant #101. More MDNA doses on Iberian Peninsula.

Sorry for being quiet for so long. I had another one trip!
I've been in Spain and Portugal to have some rest and also see three Madonna's shows)))
I thought I was lucky in Tel Aviv (when I won a contest), but this time I felt like I was kissed by God. I won 3 times in row. O_o

First stop was in Barcelona!
Amazing Port Aventura, sightseeing, "porn-hotel", meeting new and old friends, and finally the show on June 20. A few my friends were sleeping in the queue on a night before the show. I decided not to do that, woke up at 5 am and went to the venue. I knew I haven't won a contest again, so I gotta manage my attendance to Golden Triangle (the very very special zone for fans). I met Madonna's assistant and she told me she'll take me to triangle anyway. But I couldn't be relaxed, I had to pick up my friends, she said she'll try to do something for them. I was waiting for news...
But then another assistant came out holding iPad. It was a game, like a russian roulette. You touch the screen and it says "WIN" or "NEXT". I thought it's my chance to help my friends. I touched it and.... I WON!!! I can't describe my feelings at that moment. Everything was perfect!

After the show we came back to the hotel, slept about 3 hours, woke up and went to the venue again.
This time my friends and me were standing in different queues, because I had a VIP ticket. At 4 pm the iPad-girl came out again. I didn't want to win, because I wanted to watch the show from another point and it would be unfair if I won the second time (and the 3rd time if we count Tel Aviv). So I didn't even touch the iPad. Some people won, but a lot of them didn't. The girl told us "Ok, who didn't win you have a second chance!" I thought "It's a destiny, I have to play!", I touched the iPad and... WON!!!

Thanx God I did it, because if I wasn't in Golden Triangle I wouldn't get a gift (a headband) from Martin Solveig and Madonna wouldn't give me a "high five"! That was an incredible night!!!

After the 2nd show in Barcelona we went to the after-party, but only to say good-bye to our friends. We had a flight to Portugal early morning.

At first sight I thought that Coimbra is a small boring village. Two days of sightseeing and I loved this city! Very interesting and impressing!
And a good luck didn't leave me there. I've received an email from Madonna's fan club that I won a contest again and I'm going to Golden Triangle! HOLY SH*T!!! ))))))

The show in Coimbra was absolutely amazing! Besides we saw a sound-check. I was dancing and singing and yelling right in front of her! She was looking at me and giving her mic! Unbelievable moment!

Well, 3 shows in a row with queuing under the sun, with only 3 hours of sleeping every day, with running to the stage are completely exhausting, but I would never refuse them, because impressions I get cannot be compared to anything!

The next day we went to Lisbon and spent there a few fab days! Such a beautiful city! I will definitely come back one day, but not on a summer )))

June 10, 2012

Ant #96. Madonna is soooo Madonna!

This is so funny!

MDNA Tour has only started, but there are a few scandals already.
First, lady gaga's fans got angry about the mash of "Express Yourself", "Born Reductive This Way" and "She's not me".
Then a french politician Marie Le Pen threatened to sue Madonna over swastika montage.
And now Madonna flashes her boobie on her show in Istanbul.

Back to Erotica era, Madonna? )))

Anyway, her boobie is nice ;-)

June 9, 2012

Ant #95. M.I.A. rocks!

Just came back home from M.I.A.'s concert.
That was really cool!

She's so alive on stage. Without any giant constructions, dancers, fashion designers she can rock the crowd! And the crowd loves her!
I never saw her live before, and I was really surprised with everything I've seen.

Take a look!

She did a cool mash/cover on t.A.T.u 's song "All The Things She Said".

June 3, 2012

Ant #93. MDNA Tour.

This is simply the best I've ever seen in my life!
Honestly! I'm not joking and I'm not saying that because I'm still excited.
The show is really amazing!

Madonna is in her best shape. The stage are blowing minds. The choreography is unbelievably difficult. The costumes are gorgeous. Backdrops, lights, sounds, interludes... Everything is in the highest lever! Well, what can you expect from the Queen of Pop?

The stage has a triangle form. But inside there was a small area for 100 people. I stood inside, coz I won a contest. You know, I wrote about it. )))

So let's talk about the show step by step!

1. The opening is EPIC! The best she has ever done! With a religious theme, monks, cross and, of course, Madonna praying with a gun in her hand. The hebrew singing goes to "Girl Gone Wild"
Take a look!

The most agressive first part on the show continues with "Revolver" song. One of my favorite songs about love. And then "Gang Bang" from her latest album MDNA.

Then she's sorry and singing her classic "Papa Don't Preach", but her own monsters put chains on her. Then goes completely re-worked "Hung Up", supported with acrobatic dances.
The show continues with another one song from MDNA "I Don't Give A..." with Nicki Minaj on screens.

The end of a first part is absolutely amazing! Madonna goes up on a cube under the cross! And it ends with a very beautiful "Best Friend/Heartbeat" interlude with a gothic video on screens.

2. The second "cheerleading" part starts with one of the signature song "Express Yourself". It could be good, but it turns GREAT! Everyone knows that Lady Gaga was claimed by critics for the plagiarism of "Express Yourself". So what does Madonna? In the end of the song she starts to sing her song and "Born Reductive This Way" line over line showing everyone that both songs sounds absolutely the same)))) Then she continues repeating "Respect yourself! Respect yourself!" and finishing with "She's not me! She's not me"! And at this time there was a video on screen with a monster (read "Mother Monster") eating the jars with Madonna's stuff like pony-tale and cone-bra! Wooohooo!!!! I cannot imagine how angry were Gaga and her fans! Good spittle, Madonna! )))))

The next song is "Give Me All Your Luvin'", but fully re-worked as well, with hot dances on a triangle runway and drummers flying under the ceilimg. So impressive!

3. She sings "Turn Up The Radio" rocking on a guitar! She loves it!

Then there starts something incredible! Madonna invited the basque Kalakan trio to support her on stage. And they made a great mash with Madonna's classic "Open Your Heart".
She says a speach about sex, race and sexual orientation equalities and continues with Golden Globe winning song "Masterpiece". So touching!!!

Next is my fav video interlude "Justufy My Love". This is a sex concentrtion! WOW!

And VOGUE!!! With a cone bra coming back from the past with a new incredible form!

Next songs: luxe re-worked "Candy Shop/Erotica" medley, "Human Nature" and "Like A Virgin", the last one is simply incredible!

Then while Madonna's changing her clothes, there is another video interlude with a political taste. She loves doing that. With "Nobody Knows Me" song she also laughs at all her haters, claims politicians, remembers all teen-suicides. That's all Madonna about!

5. The last part starts with "I'm Addicted", my fav song on MDNA. (Sorry for the queality, I was jumping).

The show continues with "I'm A Sinner" and her iconic "Like A Paryer". So sad I haven't filmed it. It was amazing when the whole stadium was standing, claping their hands and singing! MAGIC!!!

And the final song is "Celebration" remix! Epic ending!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, what should I say? I think that videos and pictures say for themselves.
It's not only her best show, it's better than anything else!!!

If you don't even like Madonna, but have an opportunity to see the show live, you gotta do that!
